Our customers
Our clients come to us from a wide variety of domains, and many of them have been with us since our inception six years ago. Although many of our customers are in high-technology, our expertise continues to expand.
Below is a list of past and current clients with a description of the work we’ve done on their behalf.
Crédit du Nord
Crédit du Nord needed to modernize their data warehouse IT infrastructure for knowledge management in order to maintain their competitive edge and provide better service to their customers. Several years earlier, Erik was part of the team that had implemented the last major IT overhaul in these areas and the company asked him to come back and lead the charge a second time. We studied their data warehouse architecture and proposed a new system that would accommodate their growing need to better manage and share information throughout the organization. We acted simultaneously as change management and IT specialists, working with Crédit du Nord to choose the best solution. Then, we put our propositions to the test through a series of internal test cycles before piloting the final deployment and assisting in change management. The company reported back to us an increase in productivity and team moral thanks to the new system.
Datex
Datex, a well established data recovery company in France, needed to expand into new markets to keep their business growing. We worked with Datex to define their e-marketing objectives and develop their first multilingual website to help them access broader European markets. By providing them with an easy to manage website that they could make grow as their needs did, the company successfully entered into the British and Spanish markets, and went on to embed themselves firmy in Germany and other central European countries.
DDS Logistics
In 2003, DDS, a transportation logistics software and services provider, came to Elucido to improve their corporate image and to develop the tools needed to expand beyond the French market into a wider European arena. We worked together with their management team to to define their message and positioning, and then developed their visual identity, website and printed materials. In 2006, DDS came to us again to update their website and other marketing materials. While maintaining the company’s original logo, we developed a new visual identity that reinforced the company’s image of expertise and ease-of-use. As part of this project, DDS wanted total independence in maintaining the content of their website and we provided them with a turnkey solution based on OpenSource technology that provided them with the tools they needed to communicate with their customers. Since our initial intervention, DDS has grown into a company with customers from around the world, many of them leaders in their market. Click here to see examples of our work for DDS.
Imagine Eyes
Imagine Eyes, a small startup when our collaboration began in 2003, came to Elucido needing to create their image, message and market presence from the ground up on a very limited budget. Launching an innovative product into a market with long-established players presented unique challenges. Creating a credible brand to overcoming the doubts of potential customers and to win the attention of the press were no small feats. We worked closely with the company’s management team to understand what made them unique and, even more importantly, to understand their technology and it’s uncicities. Then, we developed an eye-catching visual identity, marketing materials and website that set the company apart from its competitors whilst being coherent with the expectations of potential customers. Today, Imagine Eyes outsources all of their marketing and communications services through us. We conduct market research, work with their customers to obtain usable feedback, continue to develop their marketing materials, organize their tradeshows and manage their public relations actions, just as an internal marketing team would. Imagien Eyes has grown from a small and unknown French startup into a recognized industry expert in their domain. The company’s sales figures have consistently grown and client feedback confirms that the company’s image and service policies were important in their choice to work with the company. Mauna Kea Technologies

We led marketing workshops to help the team express their opinions and explain their needs, worked closely with department heads in both the research and medical applications divisions to understand the key sales points for each segment and followed though by developing a coherent multichannel marketing approach. Once a clear strategy was defined, we wrote and implemented a new website and participated in the production of other marketing materials.
Motion Dynamiques
Motion Dynamiques is an internal division of Imagine Optic that specializes in the distribution of third-party contact-free measurement equipment. Their goal was twofold - by creating an individual, yet related, brand identity for Motion Dynamiques, the division was able better promote itself in their area of expertise and Imagine Optic was able to target their brand identity uniquely towards their core market. We worked with them to develop a unique brand identity, all the while maintaining consistency with the established visual identity of Imagine Optic. We then developed their website and other marketing materials using OpenSource technology for the website in order to give them total freedom in managing its content. Today, Motion Dynamiques uses the dynamic catalogue we delivered to better sell its product line and the individual brand identity has helped them reinforce their market position. Neuf-Cegetel
When Neuf Télécom and Cegetel merged, the new organization had to decide which technology platforms from which enterprise to keep and which needed to be absorbed into the other’s existing IT infrastructure. The first step was ensuring that customers felt comfortable with the new company and we accompanied them through the process of deploying Pivotal’s CRM solution to ensure that customer service never missed a beat. Then we turned our attention to standardizing the billing systems. We had to incorporate customer data from both companies into one coherent structure, and do it without any interruption in the billing cycle. The end result was a harmonized customer relationship management (CRM) and billing system that enabled the newly formed company to maintain the high standards of customer service that each of the two individual companies were recognized for.
Opticsvalley / Fonds Social European
One of Opticsvalley’s primary goals is to encourage partnerships between France’s growing community of applied optics companies in order to ensure continued growth in the sector. To support their members’ needs, they wanted to provide them with a resource that would enable them to find and hire qualified, multitalented professionals in a quick and effective manner. To achieve that, we developed an extranet that allowed recognized professionals in the domain to put their résumés online, to sponsor their colleagues to do the same and to enable members to search the database for the required profiles.
Quick Com
Quick Com came to us to harmonize the brand image and message across their marketing materials. First, we worked with management to define their needs and to understand their customers. Ubi Soft
Ubi Soft came to us for our counsel on technology solutions to improve the effectiveness and measurability of their direct marketing efforts. We led a series of workshops to help them express their needs, wrote system specifications for technologies to measure the success rate of their marketing actions, and managed the project’s deployment handled by their internal staff. The company was better able to gauge the results of their marketing investments and the system, still in place, has continued to evolve.
Vertical*i
Vertical*i came to us during a major change in their product offering and marketing strategy. They hired us as business advisers to ensure that the new product would respond to market demand while ensuring that existing customers would not find themselves disoriented by the changes. We worked with various teams at the company on aspects ranging from data structure, workflow management and on to ergonomics and aesthetics. In the end, the new product was launched and the company’s research indicated that prior customers were comfortable with the newly launched product while existing customers found it highly-innovative. |
